What this website collects

This website is a single information page about the shop. It has no contact form, no newsletter, no customer accounts, no online ordering or checkout, and no analytics or advertising trackers. It does not ask you for any personal information and does not store anything on your device for tracking purposes.

Hosting and server logs

This website is hosted by Vercel Inc., a hosting provider based in the United States. Like virtually every website host, Vercel automatically creates short-lived technical logs for every visit — for example your IP address, the date and time, the page requested and your browser type. This website never sees or stores that information itself; it exists only on Vercel’s infrastructure, is used solely to run, secure and troubleshoot the website, and is kept only for a limited period set by Vercel’s own logging configuration.

The lawful basis for this is legitimate interests — keeping the website running securely. Because Vercel may process this information outside the UK, including in the United States, that transfer is protected under Vercel’s Data Processing Addendum, which applies the UK International Data Transfer Addendum together with the 2021 EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

The map

The Find Us section shows a placeholder instead of a map. No map is loaded and nothing is sent to Google unless you press View Map.

If you do press it, your browser connects directly to Google Maps to load the map. Through that connection Google may receive technical information such as your IP address, information about your browser and device, and the page you came from. Google handles that information under its own privacy terms, which you can read at policies.google.com/privacy.

Your choice is not remembered. If you return to the page later, the map will again be a placeholder until you choose to load it.

Get Directions

The Get Directions button is an ordinary link. It takes you to Google Maps only when you choose to click it, and the same information described above may be shared with Google at that point.

Telephone orders

Orders are taken by telephone. Anything you tell staff on the phone is handled by the shop directly and is not collected by this website.

Your rights, and how to complain

Because so little personal information is involved — short-lived hosting logs only — there is very little to access, correct or delete. If you believe this website or the shop has handled your information incorrectly, you can make a data protection complaint using the contact details below. We will acknowledge your complaint within 30 days, look into it without unnecessary delay, keep you updated, and let you know the outcome.

You can also complain directly to the UK’s data protection regulator, the Information Commissioner’s Office, at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint. You do not need to complain to us first.
